You’ll find me making this easy blueberry avocado smoothie when I need a quick, filling breakfast. This thick and creamy smoothie has blueberry, avocado, banana, and spinach and comes together in the blender in just 5 minutes.
Avocado provides a rich texture that makes this smoothie super filling; plus, avocado contains a boatload of unsaturated (good) fat and carbs. The blueberries provide gorgeous color and a boost of vitamin C. Finally, I throw a handful of spinach in for iron and fiber and a frozen banana for potassium and sweetness. This liquid breakfast seriously has it all!
This plant-based smoothie packs a powerful antioxidant punch with no added sugar and makes a healthy breakfast shake or daytime snack.
