Kettle corn is a popular treat at farmers’ markets and fairs across the country. If you’ve never tried some, you’re in for a treat today!
Kernels of corn are cooked with oil, sugar, and salt at a high temperature. The result is sweet and salty popcorn, thanks to a barely visible sugar crust on each popped kernel.
Kettle corn is an irresistible snack that’s delicious served warm or at room temperature. It is best served the day it’s popped.
Enjoy!
