Paleo Banana Pancakes

This is one of my favorite recipes.

Made with coconut flour, ripe sweet bananas, almond milk, and eggs, these banana pancakes are drool-worthy, paleo or not!

No one will miss the gluten, trust me. Serve with banana slices and butter for a decadent breakfast dish.

  • Whisk together the first five ingredients in a large ss bowl.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Portion out batter with large ice cream scoop and cook about one minute on each side. Serve warm.
