Best Ever Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x3x5 loaf pan and set aside.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix in the walnuts and set aside.
- In a KA mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, mix the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla for two minutes on medium speed. Mash the bananas and yogurt with a fork in a small bowl. Transfer the mixture to the bowl and mix until incorporated. Add the dry ingredients and beat until combined on medium speed, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake until set, about 1 hour.
