Best Ever Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x3x5 loaf pan and set aside.
- In a small bowl, blend the flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract and stir briskly with a rubber spatula until combined. Add the dry ingredients and stir mixture until smooth. Fold in the mashed bananasand yogurt. Spread evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool loaf for 20minutes before flipping out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
